Retreats

Paititi Institute retreats are immersive journeys into ancestral living wisdom traditions, integrating foundational practices, Indigenous-based Primordial Breathwork™, Dreamwork, meditation, Daoist and Andean Qigong, Jungian transpersonal psychology and, within selected programs, sacred plant traditions. Our retreats are designed as integral processes of healing, self-discovery and embodiment of our true nature.

Retreat fees support:

✔ Indigenous education ✔ Conservation ✔ Scholarships ✔ Community programs

Retreats at Paititi are not an escape from ordinary life. They are immersive spaces for remembering what becomes possible when ancestral practice, contemplative inquiry, nature and community are brought together, and for learning to carry that remembrance back into relationship, family, work and service.

Himalayan Pilgrimage: An Indigenous Wisdom Journey Through Nepal

Join us for a unique collaboration between Paititi Institute and the Karuna Project on a 15-day pilgrimage through the sacred landscapes of Nepal.

This immersive journey weaves together Himalayan trekking, Tibetan Buddhist philosophy, and the indigenous wisdom traditions of the Amazon and Andes. Through Primordial Breathwork, Qigong, dreamwork, meditation, and meaningful cultural exchange, participants will experience Nepal not only as a destination, but as a living path of inner transformation.

From the sacred temples of Kathmandu to the breathtaking Langtang Himal, this pilgrimage combines contemplative practice, ethical adventure, and service to local communities, creating an experience that nourishes body, mind, and spirit.

We are honored to partner with the Karuna Project in offering this extraordinary journey.

Where Your Participation Goes

Paititi Institute’s transformational programs form part of a larger nonprofit ecosystem. Revenue from retreats, courses and educational programs helps sustain the Institute’s conservation, Indigenous education and community initiatives. Participants therefore enter a reciprocal relationship: receiving practices preserved through living wisdom traditions while helping those traditions, communities and landscapes continue into future generations.
