Live Zoom Series – Primordial Breathwork™

Since our Virtual Primordial Breathwork™ Series have been useful to so many we are called continue offering them. This series focus on the first portion of the Primordial Breathwork™ inspired by the Amazonian Yanomami and Witoto nations which have been beneficial to us and many in our community during trying times.

This virtual workshop will start on Thursday with an introductory talk. Then Friday through Sunday we will share a Breathwork session each day followed by an integration circle.

The introductory talk on Thursday is a prerequisite unless you have previously attended one of our Primordial Breathwork Journeys or Retreats. The talk will be prerecorded with a live question and answer session at the end. We wholeheartedly encourage you to listen even if you’ve heard another one of our intro’s before, since there are deeper cumulative insights shared each time that make the practices so much more potent and effective. Especially if you’ve never heard an intro to our Primordial Breathwork, be sure to give a listen before we start our practice together. We find it essential to have the technical, practical, and especially the contextual information behind these practices in order for them to be of real benefit in our everyday lives.
