Virtual Primordial Breathwork™ Practice Session

Facilitated by Roman Hanis, Cynthia Robinson and Emily Goughary

April 10, 2020

Since our Virtual Primordial Breathwork™ Series have been useful to so many we are inspired to offer them as individual sessions as a support to you and our global community during these critical times.

If you have not yet joined us for one of our 4-day Virtual Primordial Breathwork™ Series you are still welcome to join these upcoming practice sessions. Previous introductory talks for the series will be emailed to you upon registration to listen prior to the practice. We wholeheartedly encourage you to listen even if you’ve heard another one of our intro’s before since there are deeper cumulative insights shared each time that make the practices so much more potent and effective. Especially if you’ve never heard an intro to our Primordial Breathwork, be sure to give a listen before we start our practice together. We find it essential to have the technical, practical, and especially the contextual information behind these practices in order for them to be of real benefit in our everyday lives.

This is an optional voluntary donation-based session and the suggested donation is a sliding scale of  $10-50 USD per session. Please pre-register at the link provided here and we will follow up with directions on how to join the session.
