Virtual Primordial Breathwork™ Series

Facilitated by Roman Hanis, Cynthia Robinson and Emily Goughary

April 4 - 7, 2020

We are inspired to share an online Primordial Breathwork™ series focusing on the first portion of the Primordial Breathwork™ inspired by the Amazonian Yanomami and Witoto nations which have been beneficial to us and many in our community during trying times.

This virtual workshop will start on Saturday with an introductory talk. Then Sunday through Tuesday we will share a Breathwork session each day followed by an integration circle.

The introductory talk on Saturday is a prerequisite unless you have previously attended one of our Primordial Breathwork Journeys or Retreats, and even if you have we encourage you to refresh your memory for greater effectiveness of the practice.

Please pre-register at the link provided here and we will follow up with directions on how to join the session.

This is an optional voluntary donation-based event and the suggested donation is a sliding scale of  $10-50 USD per session. Although it is very beneficial to have the cumulative effect of attending all three sessions it is not necessary. If you are foreseeing not attending some of the sessions please let us know in the application as it will be useful for us to be aware of our virtual community engagement.
